Welcome to the Tripped team! Here's the deal:
What You Get
- A free Tripped Trio (Andromeda, Sigil State, Heavy Metal).
- Free stickers every drop, for life, as long as you send 1 video for each new release we send you (see "Staying on the team").
What We Ask
- For your first kit: 3 videos, each 30 seconds or longer, showing you wearing Tripped.
- After that: 1 video (30 seconds or longer) for every new release we send you.
- Send us the original video files (or a download link) by DM or email.
- Posting them on your own accounts is optional. If you do post and tag @trippedcosmetics, you're in the running for bonus stickers. If you post, please label it as a gifted collab (#gifted or Instagram's paid partnership label), which the FTC requires of anyone who received free product.
Usage Rights
- You keep ownership of your videos.
- You give Tripped Cosmetics permission to use, repost and edit them (cropping, captions, music, resizing) on Tripped's TikTok, Instagram and website, and in paid advertising (for example Meta and TikTok ads, including boosted posts and partnership/Spark ads).
- If we run an ad from your own account (partnership or Spark ad), we'll ask you to approve it for that ad.
- Your free kit and free drops for life are payment for these rights. There is no additional payment.
- This permission lasts as long as Tripped uses the content. If you ask us in writing to stop using a video, we'll take it down from our channels and stop running it in ads within 14 days.
- We won't use your videos to say anything untrue about the product, and we'll credit you when it makes sense.
Staying On The Team
- Your first 3 videos are due within 30 days of receiving your kit.
- Every time we send you a new release, send us 1 video of it within 30 days of receiving it.
- If a video for a release is missing after 30 days, we may pause your future drops until you send it.
- You can opt out at any point, no reason needed. Just message us. If you opt out, you keep the products you already received, and the videos you already gave us stay usable under the permission above (unless you ask us in writing to remove them).
- We may also end the arrangement at any time.
Other
- This is a product-for-content collaboration, not employment. You are not paid and are not an employee.
- Be honest in your videos about your own experience with the product.
- Bonus stickers for creators who also post are at Tripped's discretion.
- Tripped may select which creators join. Spots are limited to 15.
To join, reply "YES" to our DM and send your shipping address.
