Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Since our products are worn on the face, we're unable to accept opened or used items for hygiene reasons. To start a return, contact us at support@trippedcosmetics.com with your order number. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we'll cover it and send a replacement or full refund.
